Cycling
Join this indoor cycling adventure that takes the road experience to the gym. It is a 45 minute high-energy but non impact group exercise class that with the combination of good music, visualization, camaraderie, and hard work, gives the participant a one of a kind workout for the heart, lungs, and lower body. This class is designed for all fitness levels and will challenge you whether you are an experienced cyclist or just beginning. Bring your heart rate monitors!
Wake Up Express
A combination of sports conditioning including jump roping, aerobic and anaerobic moves, plyometrics and kick boxing mixed with weights and abs to start your morning off with a metabolism blast! You are done by 6:45 am with your complete body workout.
Pump and Jump
Cardio and weight intervals mixed with fun!
Power sculpt
An intense workout for the upper, lower and ab areas.
Chisel
Forty five minutes is all you need to get the total body workout. This class will give you the ultimate workout by interchanging heavy and light weights using the barbell, weights and bands.
Abs and Stretch
Strengthening moves for your core will give you a good workout to get a flat, tight abdomen. Only 30 minutes.
Kickbox Conditioning
Traditional kickboxing moves, this class focuses on form and technique to develop strength, agility and quickness.
Mat Pilates
Straight to the core!!! Emphasizes the development of strong core stability, breathing, flexibility, and balance.
One Shot Pilates
A class that will challenge and strengthen with interchanging cardio intervals followed by 6 classical pilate moves based on the principles of Joseph Pilates.
Tight and Tone
Chisel your muscles with this extreme sculpting class for all the major muscle groups.
Cardio Dance
This intense 45 minute class is safe yet fast and fun set to energetic music. It is a fat-blasting mix of nonstop aerobic moves.
Yoga
This class utilizes specific postures, breathing techniques and relaxation to develop muscular strength and flexibility.
Marine Boot Camp
Work hard with Mike P and get in shape like a Marine!!!
Core Fusion
This class uses the ball, bosu, band and weights to work your core muscles (abs and back) to fatigue, while improving balance and posture. You will be stretching your muscles a lot during this class. Good for beginners.
Cardio Mega Mix
It's 100% pure cardio, low impact, step and kickbox in a changing format. A little bit of each and you'll work up a lot of sweat! Time flies in this calorie burning workout!
Bike and Box
30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of boxing mixed with fun!
