Our personal trainers will provide personal consultations, assess your physical abilities, design a personalized workout program to maximize your desired results, and demonstrate proper uses of equipment and weights. At Twin Park we have several personal training options, so that you can choose the package that's right for you. Choose from one-on-one, or small group sessions. Choose half hour or one hour sessions. The opportunities are endless.
